Cats
The domestic cat is a small mammal that has lived among humans for thousands of years. People have kept cats as pets, used them as hunters, and even worshiped them as gods. Domestic cats belong to the same family of animals as the lion, tiger, jaguar, leopard, puma and cheetah. The species is carnivorous. Cats hunt and eat small animals, including birds, mice and rabbits. They use their claws as their most valuable weapon. Domestic cats are mostly fed canned or dry food prepared especially for cats. A cat is an animal that makes a sound called a purring.
About 4,500 years ago, the ancient Egyptians worshiped cats. The Egyptians probably domesticated wild cats about 3,500 years ago. In the Middle Ages (around 500-1500 AD), many Europeans feared cats because cats were associated with witches. Some people still believe that black cats bring misfortune. Today, millions of people around the world keep cats as pets.
The dogs
The dog is one of the most popular animals in the world. This is one of the first animals to be domesticated or trained by humans. The scientific name of the dog is Canis familiaris. It is related to the family of coyotes, wolves, foxes and jackals.
The dog is a mammal with sharp teeth, excellent sense of smell and fine hearing. Each of his four legs ends in a five-toed paw. Each finger has a soft pad and a fingernail. The coat keeps the dog warm. He cools down by breathing fast and hanging his tongue from his mouth.

Exotic pets
Hedgehog: First of all, we need to clear up the main confusion about hedgehogs. They are not rodents or guinea pigs. They come from a completely different family. They are very easy to grow and can be cared for even by a child. They are actually insectivorous and are found mainly in the wild. Hedgehogs are not social and should therefore be housed in an enclosure. They can live up to 7 years.
Bearded dragon lizard: When you see the image at a glance, you may think it is a very dangerous pet, as they look like, but in fact they are one of the gentlest reptiles in the world. They like to be petted. You will need to keep them in a glass aquarium. They sleep at night and stay awake all day.
Fennec Fox: Although difficult to tame, we can still raise them from a very early age. But we will have to provide them with enough space in our house. They can also be kept in cages, but the cage must be spacious. They are more like cats, they have similarities in behavior. Because cats like to be independent, the fennel fox is also a very independent animal. Sometimes they are noisy.
